Freezer Meals

I haven't tried any new recipes since the baby came three weeks ago. We've had family and friends cooking and bringing us meals. It's been so nice, but now it's just our little family of 3! Luckily the week before my due date my mom was in town and stocked us up on food for freezer meals. I made spaghetti sauce, taco meat, breakfast burritos, french toast, wheat banana pancakes, seasoned chicken pieces, and lots of shredded and chopped cheeses and peppers. Boy have these all come in handy!!! I'm SOOOO glad I took the time before the baby came to do all this. This is where I got some of my information and some of the stuff I just did on my own.
